Derek was real with us about the houses we chose to tour and gave recommendations based on the market and his contact with the sellers.

I purchased a home while living outside the country and Derek handled everything flawlessly. He made a complex process feel simple with clear communication, strong guidance, and total professionalism. I trusted him completely and would absolutely work with him again.

I was a first time buyer. I bought a condo unit for Cash. Derek Colen was very available at all times, friendly, and helpful. The Redfin closing process was done by Rocket Close with help from Derek. The condo was in the North Bethesda Maryland area. Derek advised me as to the choice of a unit, and was always helpful as to my questions.
